How can I use Owiwi?
Owiwi can be used as both a Recruitment tool to screen candidates and create shortlists - or - it can also be used for training and development purposes. We typically recommend to start by benchmarking (assessing) your existing team, and then using that data to make better hires and develop learning opportunities for your talents. Why do you focus on Soft Skills?

Can Owiwi replace an organization’s existing HR tools?
Our psychometric tool is designed to measure soft skills. This means that we work alongside any other HR tools you might use; to help increase their accuracy and judgment while saving you time-and money.
Does Owiwi integrate with 3rd party apps?

What if a potential candidate does not play games?
The usability of our tool is not dependent on any prior gaming experience and has been designed to be accessible and fair to even non-gamers. Moreover, our assessment does not seek to measure the speed or coordination of the player; to ensure there is no discrimination bias.
How do you help with Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI)?
Owiwi offers an Anonymity Mode whereby all users personal and demographic information is hidden - in order to promote selection based on Merit and Assessment Performance.
What do you mean by “Localized”?
Currently the Owiwi solution is available in 9 Languages - Speficially in Greek, English (US & UK), Spanish (Castillian), Brazilian Portuguese, Italian, German, Korean and Turkish.
Can Owiwi be translated into different languages?

Free Trial FAQ
Do you offer a Free Trial?
Yes we offer a Free Trial of our product which offers you 5 Assessments over 21 days. Click here to get Started.
Do I need to enter my credit card info to sign up?
No. Our Free Trial does not require you to provide us with any credit card information.
How can I register?
Click here to get started with your registration. Note that a Business Email is required.
What happens at the end of my free trial?
When your free trial ends, you will no longer be able to access your dashboard. To regain access to your dashboard, you will need to subscribe to one of our packages. Your data and results will be stored and kept safe in the meantime.
Can I extend the duration of the Free Trial?
Yes. Once your account expires, upon Re-Logging into your Dashboard you will have the option to automatically extend your Trial for another 7 Days. If you need a longer extension, please contact us at info@owiwi.co.uk.
What if I need more Assessments for my Pilot?
If you need more than 5 Assessments, Owiwi offers a Referral Program whereby you can recommend Owiwi to Friends in return for extra assessments and extensions to your Free Trial. Alternatively you can buy more assessments.
Will i still be able to access my Dashboard once my account expires?
No - You will need to purchase any number of new assessments to be granted Access.

What exactly do I buy from you?
To use Owiwi you need to purchase “Assessments”. You can think of “Assessments” as “Credits” to be used as you see fit.
What if I consume all my available assessments and I need more?
If you have used all of your available Assessments and require more, you can purchase more through our pricing page. (Accessible also from within your Dashboard - Billing). Feel free to contact us here if you have any questions or at info@owiwi.co.uk.
Do you offer “Unlimited” Plans?
Yes, Owiwi offers Unlimited Usage Plans. Please contact sales at info@owiwi.co.uk for more information.
How are Assessments consumed?
Every time you send an invitation to a candidate, one assessment will be consumed from your remaining assessment count.
Do Assessments Expire?
Yes - Assessments expire 365 Days since the date of purchase and with it Dashboard Access.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No - You can follow our Usage based pricing if you need less than 250 Assessments - but we can provide you with multi-year contracts if requested.
Do you offer a Startup Program?
Yes - If you are a new startup please contact us here to discuss your eligibility to our startup program that offers significantly discounted rates.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We work with Paddle as our Payment Processor. We also offer payments through Bank Transfer if that is more convenient.

What is “Owiwi Score”?
The “Owiwi Score” is the consolidated (Average) score of ALL the Soft Skills you have selected to assess for in a candidate. It is a quick way to determine the overall performance of the candidate.
What are Campaigns?
You can think of “Campaigns” as either Job Positions you are recruiting for, or company-wide initiatives whereby you can set the rules or parameters for the assessment, such as Deadline, what skills to assess and method of distribution. Create multiple “Campaigns” according to your needs and job segmentation to keep your results and talent pool organized and neat.
How can i change the Language in my Dashboard?
Click on the Menu button at the top right of your screen. Click on Account Details, and then on Settings. From there you can switch the Language of your platform and reports to your preference.
Can I delete users I have invited?
Yes - You can delete users by clicking on the Actions button (3 Dots) located in the top right of each candidate profile.
Can I Resend an Invitation?
Yes - If a candidate accidentally deleted his Invitation Email, you can Resend it to him by clicking on “Actions” (3 Dots) button in the Candidate Profile - and click on “Resend Invitation”. Resending an invitation to an already invited user - will not consume any additional licenses.
Can I edit Campaigns once I create them?
You can only edit the Deadline of the Campaign and Top-Up Assessments on Public Campaigns. To edit your Campaign, Click on “Campaigns” tab and go to Actions for the Campaign in question. Click on Edit. If you want to change the soft skills being assessed in an existing campaign - you will need to create a new campaign.
How can I share Campaigns?
When creating your Campaign, you will be able to select how you want to invite your candidates. The default option is the Owiwi Email - which is a standard template containing the key information (Name of Campaign and Deadline). Candidates are invited to this via their Email Addresses which are provided within the “Invite” Panel. Alternatively when creating a Campaign, you can select to share the Assessment via a URL. Private URLs require candidates to verify their email address with the same email you have uploaded in the Owiwi system. Public URLs allow unrestricted access to whomever clicks on it.
How do I send Assessments?
To invite users to participate in the Assessment you first need to create a Campaign. Once you have created a Campaign and determined the Invitation Method (Email or URL), you can invite candidates accordingly.
Can i create shortlists?
Yes. Shortlists are a great way to rank your best performing candidates and share them with your colleagues to decide who to proceed to the next stage of your hiring process.
What can Candidates do from their Dashboard?
In addition to seeing their results, candidates can also do the following:
- Share Certificates of Completion
- Invite Friends to also Play
- Engage with our Learning Center with Training Recommendations
Do Candidates have a dashboard or get feedback?
Yes - Candidates have access to a dashboard where they can see some basic feedback on their assessment results and engage with other features we offer.
What kind of Learning Content do you provide?
All our content is provided by 3rd parties - such as Coursera, LinkedIn Learning, Skillshare and Udemy. We are not commercially affiliated with these companies, we simply curate and refer to content we think is relevant.
Do you provide feedback for Learning & Development?
Yes - Upon completing a Soft Skill Assessment, our platform makes suggestions to our users on learning content they can consume to develop that particular area.
Do you provide Interview Tips?
Yes - Our reports contain suggested interview questions to help you get the most out of your interviews. We provide 6 Questions in total, 3 behavioral and 3 situational questions.

What is a Psychometric Test?
Psychometric tests are used by employers to assess intelligence, abilities, potential and personality.
What is a game-based assessment tool?
It is a scientific assessment tool, disguised as a video game. The rich graphics and narrative create a more fun and immersive experience for candidates to engage and resolve various Situational Judgement Tests.
What are Situational Judgement Tests?
SJTs are a popular personnel selection method, designed to assess an applicant’s judgment regarding a situation encountered in the workplace. SJT’s present respondents with work-related situations and a list of plausible courses of action. Respondents are asked to evaluate each course of action for either the likelihood that they would perform the action or the effectiveness of the action. Thus, SJTs tend to determine behavioral tendencies, assessing how an individual will behave in a certain situation, and knowledge instruction, which evaluates the effectiveness of possible responses. In our case, Owiwi has transformed these work-based scenarios into a fictional narrative to create a unique assessment offering.

What are Norms?
Norms are essentially benchmarks of data that make it possible to compare candidates results with a demographic audience of your choosing. The point is to determine the relative standing of an individual who has taken a test - and provide a basis for comparing the individual with a group in an objective manner. Numerical values called centiles (or percentiles) serve as the basis for our system of norms.
