All Companies/Businesses/Organizations/Academic Institutions should be expressly authorized by their employees or candidate employees (collectively, the “candidate/s”) to give/transfer  any kind of their data, even personal data, to be processed by Owiwi. All Companies/Businesses/Organizations/Academic Institutions are obliged to inform their candidates about the present Terms. Companies/Businesses/Organizations/Academic Institutions are solely responsible for taking their candidates’ explicit consent for transferring their data to Owiwi and Owiwi has no liability for it.

You are able to create an Owiwi Account either manually or via LinkedIn. In case of registration via LinkedIn, all information will be drawn through the use of an Application Programming Interface (API), but you may be requested to fill in additional information before being provided with access to Owiwi’s platform.

To create a personal account at www.owiwi.co.uk, you are requested to enter some of your personal data, as referred to our Privacy Policy.

Whether you act as an individual or as being the candidate of a Company/Business/Organization/Academic Institution,  after completing the online registration form on the Website, Owiwi sends you a confirmation e-mail (the “Confirmation E-mail”). It is presumed that you are exclusively responsible for the careful use of your Owiwi’s Account. We suggest that you logout after the completion of every use. Owiwi is not responsible for any harm or damage that may occur from the incapacity of you to follow the present clause.

Upon your registration to Owiwi’s platform, there are two (2) methods of playing the Game.

As an Individual, you can play the Game for free and straight from the dashboard. Upon successfully completing the assessment (the Game), you can view your Report (the Candidate Report) by logging into your Owiwi account. The Report that you are able to view displays your numerical score across all eight (8) soft skill categories in % format, along with a description of what the result means. Moreover, Owiwi provides you with a definition of the soft skill being examined, as well as a paragraph explaining the impact of said soft skill within the workplace environment. Your Report can only be viewed through the platform and cannot be downloaded. You are able to share your results on Social Media or forward those to a third party, but only for personal reasons and never for commercial reasons, otherwise Owiwi reserves all its legal rights against you.

If you have been invited as a Company’s/Business’s/Organization’s/Academic Institution’s Candidate, you will receive an e-mail through which you can access the Game. The Company/Business/Organization/Academic Institution is solely responsible for having taken your prior explicit consent for giving your data, included your personal data, to Owiwi. The link by which you can access and play the Game is allowed to be used only by you and no one else. This link shall not be shared, forwarded or notified to any other natural or legal person apart from you without the prior written consent of Owiwi. In any other case, and if the aforementioned are infringed, Owiwi holds all legal indemnification rights against you. When you complete the assessment (the Game), your Report (Admin Report) becomes automatically available to the Owiwi Account Holder (which is the Company’s/Business’/Organization’s/ Academic Institution’s Administrator) that sent you the invitation to play. That means that the results of your Report are accessible to the Company/Business/Organization/ Academic Institution that invited you. The Admin Report  contains information on your score as a % across the soft skills Owiwi measure, a description of what this score means, a definition of the soft skill being examined, a list of qualities (in bullet point format) that Candidates with high levels of soft skills possess as well as a summary which summarizes all of the above mentioned. Companies/Businesses/Organizations/ Academic Institutions also have the ability to request Owiwi’s Advanced Report as an additional service, for an additional fee. The Advanced Report can be tailored to the specific needs of the Company/ Business/Organization/Academic Institution, but typically includes information about the Candidates who are invited by them to undergo the Owiwi assessment. Information in the Advanced Report usually includes the following: full name, email, demographic information (provided during registration) that the Company/ Business/ Organization / Academic Institution wishes to be included in the Advanced Report. Owiwi assessment scores and more importantly, benchmarks and norms to allow the comparison of Company’s/Business’s/Organization’s/Academic Institution’s candidates.

The results of all types of Reports are valid for six (6) months. After this time, the validity of the results may have been decreased, so  a re-assessment is required.

At this point, we hereby inform you that Reports are Owiwi’s intellectual property. So, in case you replay the Game within that 6month period, Owiwi reserves all rights to share the results of your Report with any Company / Business / Organization / Academic Institution that may invite you to replay the Game within that 6month period. In case you oppose this, please send us an email at support@owiwi.co.uk

Upon your registration on Owiwi’s platform, and upon your use of an assessment, you are able to see your results in Owiwi’s Dashboard and check your ranking in comparison with the rest of the users through the Leaderboards feature. The “Owiwi Leaderboards” are a dynamic scoreboard showing the first name, avatar and overall score of each user who has completed the assessment, ranked from highest to lowest score – along with your personal ranking. By default, the leaderboards show the global ranking, and can be further refined through filters, on a regional basis, friends list, and other parameters such as Industry, Job Function, University and Company basis.

Apart from that, you are also able to invite your friends to be added at your own personal friends Leaderboard where your results will be visible to each other.

At this point, we hereby inform you that your data are visible to the friend that invited you to be added at his / her Leaderboard. In case you oppose this, please send us an email at support@owiwi.co.uk
