What’s included in my trial plan?
Your trial plan includes 5 assessments over a period 10 days – and offers you access to most of our features which are also provided on the Corporate Plan with the exception of Multiple Administrators and Import/Export functionality.
Note: As of 16/03/20 and in light of the Covid pandemic, we have extended our Free Trial to offer 10 Assessments over 15 Days.
What happens at the end of my Free Trial?
When your free trial ends, you will no longer be able to access your dashboard. To regain access to your dashboard, you will need to subscribe to one of our packages. Your data and results will be stored and kept safe in the meantime.
How are Assessments consumed?
Every time you send an invitation to a candidate, one assessment will be consumed from your remaining assessment count.
What do you mean by “Languages”?
By languages we mean localized versions of the game and dashboard. Currently the Owiwi solution is localized in Greek, English (US & UK), Spanish (Castillian), Brazilian Portuguese, Italian and Turkish.
What do you mean by “Unlimited Campaigns”?
You can think of “Campaigns” as the way that you can send invitations to your candidates. Create multiple “Campaigns” according to your needs and job segmentation to keep your results and talent pool organized and neat.
What do you mean by “Owiwi Score”?
The “Owiwi Score” is a consolidated (Average) score of ALL the Soft Skills results that are generated upon completion of an assessment. It is an easy way to evaluate how well a candidate performed in the game without having to look at all 8 Soft Skill Scores.
What is Basic Support?
Basic support means that we will resolve issues within 72 hours from the moment we receive a support ticket.
What is Priority Support?
Priority support means that we will resolve issues within 24 hours from the moment we receive a support ticket.
Can I upgrade or downgrade / switch plans at any time?
Yes. If you upgrade a tier, you will be charged immediately where as if you downgrade to a smaller plan, you will pay less on the next billing date.
What if I consume all my available assessments and I need more?
If you have depleted your available assessments, and require additional licenses (Assessments) you will need to upgrade to a higher tier. However feel free to contact us here to see how we can help!
Do I need to enter my credit card info to sign up?
No. Our Free Trial does not require you to provide us with any credit card information to sign up.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through PayPal and all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If you’d like us to accept purchase orders or take any form of offline payment (E.X Bank Transfer), please contact your account manager or write to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes you can cancel your subscription at moment you like through your account profile. You will retain access to your data until the subscription package you have purchased, expires.

Monthly vs Annual Billing: What’s the difference?
With a Monthly Subscription you are charged for use of the product every month. Under this model your total available Assessments are reset every month; according to the tier you have purchased. I.E Any remaining assessments you have not consumed - will not carry over to the next month. With an Annual Subscription you are charged one payment for the whole year upfront - with Two Months being provided for Free meaning that you only actually pay for 10 Months. Moreover under an Annual Subscription, you unlock all Monthly Assessments immediately; allowing you to consume them as you see fit over the course of a year.
