Some time ago we shared with you that Owiwi is preparing something special…Well here it is!…the new and improved version of Owiwi is going to be launched in Beta in a couple of weeks!?
From now on Owiwi will be measuring 11 soft skills instead of 4. The new ones will be:
? Work ethics – the ability to avoid misleading, intentionally or not, anyone in or outside of the organization. To be aware and respectful of confidentiality and which information you should share, to whom, and which not. To respect the company, others and yourself.
? Accountability – the ability to take on the responsibilities for everything you undertake. Adding value, going above and beyond your assigned tasks and not just executing them. To accept responsibility for your actions and their consequences even if things do not turn out well.
? Learning Agility – the ability and the desire to learn and develop yourself. To pose questions, ask for help, study and research new things. Ability and willingness to learn from experience, and then apply that learning to perform successfully under new situations.
? Teamwork – the ability to cooperate effectively, exchange information, share knowledge, help & support team members. To be able to use your skills, abilities and knowledge to contribute to the common goal; focusing on team success. To say “we” instead of “I”.
The remaining 3 Islands are a new approach to assessing Leadership Skills – and include People Support, Project Management and Entrepreneurship.
